1.spray gun for ultrapure water
2.double nozzle spray gun
3. spray gun for K agent
4.spray gun for S agent
5.Air gun
6.System Machine.
7. Air compressor
Paint you need:
2.A+B+K+S agent one set
3.varnish
4.color concentrate.
Usage and storage of chrome paint:
The shelf life of 1-2 years, opened for 2 months, the concentration ratio 1kg can be diluted into 20kg, diluted 1kg can be sprayed 10 square meters;
Outdoor 3-5 years not fade;
Must be used with High gloss paint;
Metal primer, topcoat 100 degrees, bake for 50 minutes to 1 hours, coating in the same temperature for 5 minutes;
Plastic material, primer, paint 50-60, bake for 1.5 hours, 15 minutes to the same temperature of coating.
Instruction for coloring:
1.Butanone cyclohexenylcyclohexanone: MEK, cyclohexanone:CYC, dimethylformamide:DMF, this 3 is good dissolving capacity. you can choose 1 )
2.the paint: 30% color powder, 70% solvent(Butanone cyclohexenylcyclohexanone: MEK, or cyclohexanone:CYC, or dimethylformamide:DMF)
For ink: 40% toner, 60% solvent (Butanone cyclohexenylcyclohexanone: MEK, or cyclohexanone:CYC, or dimethylformamide:DMF)
